Fabric Care:

Spandex:
It is recommended to wash by hand in warm water below 40 degrees. Do not use bleach, do not rub vigorously, and do not soak in hot water. Spandex fabrics are suitable for drying in the shade, not exposure to the sun to prevent spandex from being brittle.
Lace:
It is recommended to wash by hand in warm water below 40 degrees. Do not use bleach. After dehydration, lay flat to dry. To protect the color and shape of the garment, cut it out of the sun. Do not iron it, but dry clean it normally.
Velvet:
Avoid alkaline detergents, use neutral or special detergents for silk, wash in cold or warm water, do not soak for a long time, and avoid twisting.
Cotton and linen:
Hand wash at room temperature below 40 degrees, do not use bleach. Hang it on the reverse side to dry, avoid sun exposure, low temperature and hot, can be routinely dry cleaned.
Satin:
We use high quality satin that is very hard wearing and usually wears very little. You should do everything you can to avoid getting your shoes wet, as this can stain and damage the satin. In cleaning satin shoes, use clean water and a soft brush to brush the stains on the upper in one direction, wrap them in a paper towel to absorb the water and let it dry naturally.
Leather:
1.Do not expose to the hot sun, otherwise the surface of the leather product will lose its toughness and break easily; do not place it in a humid place, otherwise the leather tissue will easily loosen and become
moldy;
2.Leather products that are not commonly used need to be waxed, stored in a moisture-proof bag, and checked regularly; if the surface is dirty, use a leather cleaner to lightly wipe the surface;
3.If the epidermis is scratched, put shoe polish of similar color to the leather on a soft cloth, lightly wipe the surface of the scratched area, and then wax after drying; avoid contact with acidic and alkaline chemicals.
Race care:
1. Be sure to wash by hand, do not rub and scrub vigorously, try to disassemble what can be disassembled before washing.
2. Focus on cleaning the parts that are easy to get dirty, and pay attention to whether there are residual cosmetics, lipstick or palm oil.
3. Then soak the washed suit in warm water with detergent (soft), and the time should not be too long.
4. Spread the square as far as possible in the air, and do not expose it to the sun.
5. For storage, try to store in a place with a lower temperature and a relatively dry place. The temperature should not change too much and avoid sunlight. Fold it as little as possible, put it in a dust bag, and remember to check it regularly.

They should be unwashed, not self processed, not dirtied due to personal reasons, free from any personal body odor or other fragrance, and must include complete labels, hang tags, and attached free gifts and accessories.
4.For exchanges due to quality problems, please contact the customer service within 48 hours after signing for the package to explain the situation and pay the delivery-fee in advance. After we receive and verify the situation of the exchanged items, we will refund money to your payment account as soon as possible.

3. We will deliver the goods you ordered to the delivery address you specified in the order. You need to ensure that you sign for the product yourself. If you cannot sign for the product in person, the carrier can deliver the product to a third person authorized by you or deliver the product at the collection point. The above methods are also deemed to have delivered the product to you.
4. Delivery in batches, we try our best to deliver all the goods at the same time. However, note that due to warehousing arrangements and manufacturing reasons, we may also deliver goods to you in batches. If we split your order, we will notify you of this as reasonably practicable and you will not be charged any additional shipping fee.
If the products you purchased meet all of the following conditions, we will provide you with an exchange service:
1.The packaging box is intact, without being taped or having express delivery labels pasted on it, and there is no graffiti or damage.
2.The product itself is intact, without stains, odors, or signs of damage. It has not been washed or self- processed, is free from any personal body odor or other fragrances, and remains in its original purchased state.
3.The hang tag, anti-tampering buckle (untouched), label, product description, related cards, dust-proof bag, accessories, and free gifts are all intact, without any graffiti or signs of damage, and are complete.
4.The item for exchange must be placed in its original intact packaging box and dust-proof bag, because the packaging box and dust proof bag are part of the product.
5.Please present a fully filled after-sales card with the original recipient's phone number and name written clearly. (If the information is incorrect, we will be unable to handle it.)
Please Note:
All of the clothing, packaging boxes, dust-proof bags, and all other accessories in the product you purchased are an inalienable part of the product.
Therefore, the product you return needs to be in the state it was in when originally purchased and meet the conditions for secondary sales, please. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse to handle it.
Quality Problem Standards and Exemption Ranges:
1.Obvious and uncontroversial levels of large area-dirt, damage, or falling off of decorative accessories on clothes are considered serious quality problems.
2.Slight crochet or loose threads, slight fading after washing, very small stains, a few loose threads, cutting marks, artificially-caused flaws, buttons not fastened firmly, and buttonholes not cut open, etc. We would be very grateful if you could handle these by yourself.
3.Subjective reasons that cannot be controlled, such as color differences caused by computer screens or mobile phone displays, can be reasons for our company to refuse exchanges.
4.Problems judged subjectively by buyers, such as not liking it, being different from what was imagined, the fabric not meeting expectations, being uncomfortable to wear, having a bad hand-feel, or having rough stitches, are not considered quality problems, and our company can refuse exchanges.

Please note when trying on clothes that all items for exchange must be brand-new, without stains, unused, and undamaged.
